Get Involved

Artemis Fund, Inc. welcomes your involvement! Volunteers and interns are essential to our efforts to end violence against women and promote women and girls' human and civil rights. We are in need of volunteers and interns to assist in outreach efforts, community projects and policy initiatives, and help activate local and national activism. Below are some current ways individuals can get involved. If you have other areas of interest, specific project ideas or talents to share, we are interested in working with you to activate them.

Volunteer Opportunities

Community Outreach. Volunteers provide education and outreach to local communities; table at community events and gatherings; and promote events and campaigns.

Materials Creation/Graphic Design. Volunteers assist in creating brochures, leaflets, posters, and other educational materials on issues related to women's and girls' human and civil rights. Bilingual volunteers greatly needed to translate materials into different languages.

Grassroots Activism. Volunteers needed to organize activism around women's and girls' issues and related to national days/months of action (e.g. Love Your Body Day, International Day of No Prostitution, 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence, and Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April)
